Logistics Management
- Work with clients to help them design and establish successful logistics departments to support their domestic and international operations. This encompasses the flow of information between operations (inter/intra) and customer service, and includes IT infrastructure, procedures, and personnel training.
- Work with clients to analyze their existing logistics configuration, and help them re-engineer their logistics operations. Negotiate improved transportation service contracts, and reduce delivery costs for their TL, LTL and small package deliveries.
